Meet Marcus, our enthusiastic Client Engagement Manager, who brings a wealth of experience from the veterinary medicine field. With a strong foundation that spans from a veterinary technician to practice manager, and now venturing into veterinary software, Marcus is dedicated to enhancing clinic operations nationwide. He’s particularly passionate about supporting those in the veterinary profession because he believes that pets are an integral part of our families and deserve a voice. What truly energizes him about his role at iVET360 is the opportunity to foster connections that aid clinics in achieving their goals, ultimately making the challenging roles of practice managers and clinic owners a bit easier.
When Marcus isn’t busy engaging with clinics or strategizing new solutions, you might find him exploring theme parks or immersed in the latest video games. A creative at heart, Marcus is slowly but surely crafting his very own video game and occasionally dabbles in craft hobbies. Described by friends as loyal, funny, and a bit chronically online, Marcus thrives on humor and online interactions. His favorite downtime might involve munching on popcorn while catching up on trending shows like The Last of Us or Andor. Though a fan of bold adventures, one thing he decidedly dislikes is the taste of onions and black coffee!
At home, Marcus enjoys the company of two adorable four-legged pals. Artemis, his elderly husky/pit mix, spends his golden years napping, savoring treats, and leisurely walking to his comfy bed—certainly living his best life. Meanwhile, Waffles, a lively 4-year-old super-mutt, keeps Marcus on his toes with his endless energy and penchant for acting like a lap dog. Despite his zest, Waffles has quite the emotional side, often expressing his disdain for any weather that doesn’t include sunshine. Together, Artemis and Waffles bring a unique balance of energy and tranquility to Marcus's life.
